Rules & Regulations

Above all, we're here to have fun and race rallycross nitro buggies and truggies in a fairly informal atmosphere. We do have just a few basic rules which we expect everyone to abide by for the safety and enjoyment of all concerned.

Open Practice Events

  1. We operate a peg board system to cut down on frequency clashes when cars are on track - you MUST have a peg attached to your aerial corresponding to YOUR frequency only when you are on track. There is only one peg per frequency and once you have finished driving, return it immediately to the peg board at race control so others can use it.
  2. When you have finished driving, please put a hi-vis vest on (provided) and marshal overturned cars for a period of at least five minutes - we ask all drivers to help on track wherever they can.
  3. Please respect other drivers equipment and cars - if a quicker car is lapping you, please move over to let that driver through
  4. Take any litter home with you or put it in one of the bin bags provided
  5. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: After your third meeting, ALL members are required to have a valid BRCA membership.
    It costs £15.00. Join Online or print and download here.

Club Championship & Timed Practice Events

  1. All points apply as above plus the following;
  2. We use a digital AMBrc lap counting system, if you would like to compete, you will need to get yourself a personal transponder - we recommend the MRT PTX (£49.50)
  3. Once you complete your race, you MUST go to your corresponding marshal point on the track to marshal for the complete duration of the next race
